2 Corinthians 13:11

2Corinthians 13:11 - Finally brethren, farewell. Become complete. Be of good comfort, Be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace be with you.

: This text is a farewell not from the apostle Paul to the Corinthians, in this text he tells them to be of one mind, become complete, be of good comfort, and to live in peace and the God of love and peace be with them.  This text can be perfect for our Teams here in Ignite that are going to their assigned locations, we should live in peace with one another and be of one mind, especially when we are out on the mission field. We should work together as a team and be there to back each other up, let alone , we should live in harmony with one another under God peacefully as brothers and sisters in Christ and have no malice towards each other. The every day person will argue, "How can that be possible when you all are going to be living under the same roofs for 6 months straight?" well, to that arguement, there is a strong victorious answer. Only by the grace of our Father Jesus Christ and under His divine love will we be His warriors that stick together. God is the Alpha and the Omega,The beginning and the End, The Morning  and Evening Star; only under Him do we have the peace that surpasses all understanding that will keep us together in harmony with each other as a loving family.

APPLICATION : For here on out I'm going to pray to the Lord for harmony in my Team , so that the enemy, Satan, will not be able to pull us apart with his evil plots, schemes and lies. We are not only a team, Team Guatemala, but we are also family, brought together by the Almighty God to be His warriors in battle against the dark side, not each other.

Ephesians 6:1 / Colossians 3:20

Ephesians 6:1- Children, Obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Colossians 3:20 - Children, obey your parents in all things, for this is well pleasing to the Lord. : These two books contain two verses with the same exact rule that all children(and teens) should know. Both tell us to honor our mom and dad. This rule is not only mentioned in these texts, but also is one of Gods Ten Commandments that is therefore found in the book of Exodus. Hebrews 11:1- Now faith is the substance of things hoped for,the evidence of things unseen : In this verse .it talks about how faith is the substance of things hoped for . Jesus said "If we have faith as small as a mustard seed, we can move mountains." This is very true !!  if we believe in the Lord our God , whom is very much real but yet unseen , and if we put all our faith in Him, He can help us in the thick and thin of our every day life . Believe it or not, I learned that during my childhood. I had a childhood experience that I will never forget.
