1 John 1:5-7

1John 1:5-7 - Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? This is He who came by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth. For there are three that bear witness in Heaven; The Father, the Word, And the holy Spirit; and these three are one.

: In these verses we are taught about the Trinity of Christ. The Trinity as we know it, is all one, The Father, The Son, And the Holy Ghost. As we also may like to know, the Trinity is also very mysterious to us who are human. But, Although it is very difficult to comprehend, The Trinity is very much important and also divinely powerful and Holy.  I myself struggled with trying to figure out the Trinity, but what I've learned is that it is nothing that we should try to figure out, we should just leave these things to the Lord who knows all things. All we shall know as believers is that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are all one and they are equally all powerful. But what do we learn from this verse? We learn that the Trinity knows all and sees all, who are we to think that we could do things in secret and say "No one sees me doing this or that?" For what is secret in this world, is open to the Lord and all the heavenly hosts. We should be honest with those around us and be righteous in the Lords eyes . For all sin will find us out, we reap what we sow and someday all those things will be put out in the open on judgement day. Even if things are bothering us, we should just go tell someone who we trust and ask for prayer for that thing.

APPLICATION: From here on out I'm going to come out of the closet about anything that is bothering me and take it to God or someone He placed in my life that I can trust and be prayed for by them.
